The festival was created in 2014 in Turin, Italy, by the choreographer Raffaele Irace. An independent Frankfurt edition, was created in 2018 thanks to the support of the Cultural Office - City of Frankfurt and the collaboration with the Gallus Theater and Freigetanzt dance association, becoming a traditional annual event in Frankfurt's dance calendar.
